Passive income is where you do something once and get paid for your efforts forever.The key is to get the right investment. You want to get something that gives you monthly income.
I have learned this last year that investments that I thought were liquid, really aren't that liquid.
Real estate is something that can be a passive income investment. I use Clint at IF rentals. http://www.ifrental.com/ to manage some of my investments in the Idaho Falls area.
He has a crew of people that can do everything for you if you want. They charge 10% of your rents, but they screen your renters, and they have a pool of people coming through their door every hour.
